I have had a very nice experience with Template Monster. Site easy to navigate in and I have found a very nice template. Was in contact with chat support twice. The first time because the live demo was not working, and the guy fixed it. Next day to ask questions regarding my purchase and because of the live chat mal function the day before, Lori decided to give me the template at the discount price from yesterday even though the sale was over. Very helpful and very kind service!
