Agoda is a liar. I reserved a room for 3 adults and 1 children from agoda. My reservation number is *******. When i went to the hotel they told me it is a standart room and only for 2 adults and ine extra bed for my children. I had to cancel my reservation. Me and my family have to search new hotel at time 19.00.
At first gearbest.com didn't accept my complain. Later by the help of reviews, the accepted to pay my money back.
Their shipping method is not trustable. They must be sure that when they send the products the shipping method deliver the order. It is not an excuse that "this shipping method has no guarantee" they must work with shipping companies that deliver the orders.
