Salespeople were polite and very helpful. After they received payment, the delivery company made 2 appts for delivery and neither was correct. When they finally showed up, they lost one item and the flooring was damaged. The driver left before we could inspect shipment and forged my name on paperwork, stating I received shipment in good condition. I have been attempting to resolve this issue with Fastfloors for 2 days, but they will only communicate by email. Now they are refusing to acknowledge the damage because the driver forged my name. Upon opening the boxes, most of the planks were chipped in ALL 30 boxes of flooring. Purchase 2/12/21; delivery 3/9/21
