I spoke with Charlene in customer service to bring to her attention that they had double changed me for the same lead. They approved and refunded the amount, however only as a credit. When I inquired with Bernado in customer service to put it back on my card, they refused and said they do not give refunds even for mistakes they have made.
As a consumer I have enjoyed this service but from a vendor standpoint I have felt incredibly disrespected and belittled. It is unfortunate that they don't respect their vendors.
