I returned my item to Lazada over a month ago because it was damaged. They are not now returning my emails I sent about my refund. They said they would refund in 3 business days but I'm still waiting after 2 weeks. I sent 2 copies of the return document but they still not havnt acknowledged that they have recived the item. My order number is *******. Lazada Thailand
