I ordered 2 go karts for my twins... Big Mistake
I ordered 2 go karts for my twins. One in June, one in July. We have had problem after problem after problem with the go kart ordered in June. It's been to a local shop now 3 times and it's now believed the engine is bad. I've replaced the carburetor twice (first one sent by the company was the wrong one), starter plug, throttle cable, and shifter. My daughter hasn't been able to ride it in MONTHS (it's only 4 months old). Customer service is hard to reach and honestly, don't care. Once you make a purchase, you're pretty much on your own. Don't purchase from this company, you'll regret it, guaranteed.
I'm not one to leave reviews and fuss much, but being a single mom and having to save up money to make a purchase like this, only to have one not work has been horrible. When we first started having multiple problems and I contacted the company, I asked for a return/refund, they would never go for that. Instead now, here I am, trying to come up with more money to fix a brand new go kart. Not fair. Don't purchase from them. Please. Your kids will be disappointed. I know mine are.
