I ordered a case on June 23rd, expected arrival date was between July 2nd and July 9th. The 9th came and no case. I checked my account and it then gave an expected arrival date of July 20th. July 19th I checked my account again and it was pushed back again to July 24th. I did a live chat and was told that the printers were down and they didn't know when they would be back up again. This case was a birthday present. If you have to keep pushing the date back at least contact your customers and let them know instead of just pushing the date back further and further. I asked for a refund and they advised they would do it. Went to a different website and ordered a case, it shipped out the next day. I should be receiving it within 4 days of ordering it.
