I love the ring that I ordered! It was of great quality and made well! I received it in a timely manner and it exceeded my expectations! I will definitely order from this company again! One great bonus about this company is that they offer half sizes as well which some companies don't! Thanks Jeulia for a great experience!

I came across this web site when I was looking for a particular craft item. I found the same identical one that was in a local craft store for a few cents cheaper. My local store only put out 3 packages of these at a time and I wanted to buy at least 10 packages at a time.(2 per pk). Even when I asked at my store, they really couldn't give me a good reason for not putting out more then 3 packages! I was on the site on cyber Monday and got 40% off my order! I ordered as many as I wanted and since this company was instate I got the product within 3 days! Very happy with this company!

I have been being from Roamans for many years. I never pay regular price for anything, and I do mean anything, There is always a better sale right around the corner. Never buy anything new the first time you see it in their catalog! You will be able to get it on sale shortly, you just need to be a little patient! I thing I like to do also is always leave something you like in your shopping cart as well! They usually will send you a better coupon for that item as well! A couple of times I did notice that when I have ordered something they did not tell me it was back ordered. I just happened to log into my account and saw it was back ordered for over 6 wks out and I sent them a note and cancelled the items. That is the first time that I had not been notified that the items were not in stock. Rarely do I have to send things back but if I do they are usually handled without incident. I will continue to shop at Roaman's as long as they continue to provide the current level of customer service and the sales that I have become accustomed too!

I just love this store! I have never been disappointed in their merchandise or their staff! I just recently started making jewelry and have a whole lot to learn. A wonderful, patient lady named Tina made the mistake of asking me if I needed anything and off I went! I have been back several times with questions and she always is ready to help me, She is a true gem! They always have great sales and love that they have the 40% off coupon every week. I also love all the decorations for the home and especially the holidays! Christmas in July is already going on in my local store. The entire staff is so friendly. Every time one of the staff walks by they always greet me with a smile and ask me if I need anything. I love, love, love this store and am so glad that they are building a bigger and better store in the near future. I am definitely a Hobby Lobby customer for life!

This is the second time I have visited my local store. I am sorry to say that this visit was even worse then the first. I went to this store specifically for a couple of items advertised in their sale ad on the second day of the sale. The shelves were bare throughout the store and I thought maybe I was in the middle of a going out of business sale! The aisles are too close together. If you have a shopping cart as well as someone coming the opposite direction has a shopping cart, someone is bound to get injured or cussed out! I could not even get down the aisle that I wanted even after waiting for 30 minutes and the store was not that crowded. I finally tracked down a sales person and when I asked her about being out of a specific item, she stated "it is what it is" and turned and walked away from me without asking me if she could help me with anything else. The overall attitude of the staff comes across as don't bother me, I don't make enough money to put up with customers like you! I did run into one employee, and I do mean run into an employee as she struck me with a shopping cart and she acted as if I was the one in the way. I understand that everyone has a bad day every now and then but every employee having a bad day at the same time is more than just a coincidence! When I did checkout, the male cashier was as bland as vanilla pudding. He didn't ask me if I found everything I needed or thank me for shopping there. He in fact acted inpatient for me to move on after practically throwing my change at me and some ended up on the floor and me having the nerve to hold his line up while I picked my money. Mister, you don't have to worry about this customer coming back to bother you. My money is good at a lot of other stores!

Over the past 6 months, I have ordered from NMR several times. Most of the time, I received the items in a timely manner and was satisfied with the quality of merchandise. The last time I ordered a ring. I received the ring in a timely manner as well, however it was a size too small. I contacted Customer Service and followed their instructions. I told the lady that I spoke too that I didn't want a refund but wanted an even exchange. The representative stated that they still had it in stock and she would have another ring sent to me as soon as I returned the other ring. I did send it back, but after no contact from the company after 2 weeks, I called NMR and questioned where my ring was. At that time, the rep stated that she would credit my account for $10 which is what I paid for the ring since now the ring is out of stock! Well I did receive the credit but was not happy when it was stipulated that I had to spend $40 before I was eligible for this credit. I told the customer service rep that I had purchased this ring and that was the only thing I ordered at that time! I don't feel that they should be able to stipulate that I spend more money to get what I am entitled too! Needless to say, I still have the credit on my account and don't intend to use it!

Tip for consumers:
I would not advise anyone to buy from NMR since they do whatever they feel like when it comes down to returns!

I wanted to like Tophatter, I really did. The first few things I bought, I liked and arrived in a timely manner, after that, it went down hill fast! A large number of items never arrived after at least 2 months. After a certain time frame (established by Tophatter), you can file a report with them and they will notify the seller that you have not received the item. I swear that some of the tracking numbers are bogus. When you go to track the package, the only update is in Chinese or Japanese - I don't speak those languages -how do I know what that says? Some of the tracking info says the same thing for weeks with no update at all! I spent a great deal of money on 2 different pieces of furniture items. One was delivered by Fed Ex which I did not receive and one was delivered by UPS which I did not receive. I called both Fed Ex and UPS and they both verified that the items were not delivered to my address but the company that sent them would have to request the info from them. Long story short, the company that sent them won't request the info, Tophatter won't request request the info and have left it up to me to get the written verification from Fed Ex and UPS that they did not deliver the packages to my house or I won't get my money back! I have sent Fed Ex and UPS 3 emails so far without replys so it is not looking promising. Those are the only 2 I am pursuing trying to get my money back so far. If the packages that are marked delivered but you don't receive them and don't cost so much, I can't spend this kind of time on them. I am picking and choosing my battles with Tophatter. I am not ordering anything else with them. I am trying to just finish up what orders I have out that I haven't received and following and then closing my account and then washing my hands of them and advising people to don't do business with them! They are scammers and they don't care if you get your merchandise or not! Trying to get in touch with them is almost impossible. Save your money and go to a reputable site!

Tip for consumers:
One thing I do look at before I order any merchandise is where it is being shipped from because it does usually take a lot longer if you purchase it overseas. Usually if you look around, you can find the same item from another seller in this county and it usually arrives a lot sooner!

I have been a Zulily customer for approximately 2 years. Let me be perfectly blunt here... the clothes suck! The vast majority of the clothing is shoddy, inappropriately sized, cheaply made and/or see through. I quit buying clothes from this site for awhile then i got suckered in again by the wonderful pictures on the website. I thought well I am sure they have improved and I ordered clothes again which was a HUGE mistake! Same song, different day! It is quite ironic that I started reading all the bad reviews today. Then the mailman appears with a Zulily box just for me. It contained 3 tops which of course look nothing like their photo and a pair of shoes that comes nowhere close to fitting! Here again I am left holding the bag... or box! I had to have a garage sale a few weeks ago to get rid of all the things that didn't fit or I would have been arrested for wearing out on the street because they were see through and flimsy. I had one lady at the garage sale say "I always wanted to buy from Zulily and ended up buying 1/3 of all the clothes. I didn't feel bad by selling her the clothes because at least she was lucky enough to see what she was buying before being ripped off. I was lucky to make 1/8 back on what I sold if that much. This is the second pair of shoes that I ordered that don't come close to fitting. They must have camera persons taking the pictures that also moonlight as magicians because they always look better on the site then they do in person. This delivery today was the straw that broke the camel's back! Everything I ordered is here. I am done with this company. I have enough merchandise here that I could open my own consignment shop! The only reason that I even gave them 2 stars is because of all the kitchen items and jewelry that I bought I was quite satisfied with. Sorry this review is so long but I could go on and on for hours about this company. So Zulily, I only have one thing left to say. See ya, wouldn't want to be ya!
