Frequently took my site down without warning, did not receive bills. Had this reoccurring issue for 7-8 years before we were finally able to recover the domain and host elsewhere. Now having difficulties getting a copy of my email subscription list. Have experienced uncountable lost revenue as a result of this companies awful business practices.
Melissa's hosting was due in September 2018. She failed to pay her hosting fee, in November we gave her the final notice that we would be closing the hosting account/termination. It's now May and she would like to find some emails she is missing unfortunately we can't recover those as her hosting server is terminated.
