“I love this Place”

I am so glad that I have found this type of workout again! I used to do kickboxing in High School and college and stopped going when the Studio I took them at closed. On a whim, Ibought a Groupon for ILKB and I fell in love at the initial class. I signed up that night and have been attending 3-4 classes a week since then! I look forward to going to class and working out which hasn't happened in YEARS! Thanks to all the amazing instructors that are so motivating and personable! It really feels like a family! Give them a try- You won't regret it!
