It was a slow difficult search. The site kept taking me back too far and I had to re- write my request repeatedly. I wanted a long sleeve dress. It gave me pants and shirts and other stupid stuff over and over! Stop trying so hard! I already had that in my basket!

They have nice merchandise and nice sales. There was a problem with confirmaton of my order and I did not receive shipment notification either. Also, trying to clarify my order details with customer service was not easy. Yet, when my order did arrive I was happy to see that everything was present and in good condition.

I love the low prices on their cute childrens outfits and dresses. The handbag and shoe sales are amazing!
I just keep comimg back for more!

Shopping at Walmart can be difficult in the store and online. There are so many shoppers! Items can deplete quickly and I sometimes do not get my full order as inventory can be inaccurate online. However, I find that Walmart does care about their shoppers experience. This is evidenced by their immediate online surveys and quick refund policy. The prices at Walmart are always reasonable, if not better than other stores. Walmart is not perfect but, they top my list!

Kohl's has some great coupons and rewards! I actually became obsessed with redeeming them every month! I would try to earn as many points possible for their Kohl's cash during their monthly cash earning periods. However, I found that I was also spending a large sum of money every month. The cash back program became so enticing that I didn't notice, or care, that same, or similar, items were sometimes offered at at better rate elsewhere. In addition, the quality of some of their merchandise, especially on clearance, was often inferior. There were times I did get great bargains! Yet, after a few lost shipments, or the wrong merchandise delivered without resolve. I have chosen to detox from their addicting program. I now abstain one day at a time.

I love the merchandise advertised on Belk's website as sale or clearance. However, it is rare that I have received a full order. They send me emails that my merchandise is being processed and then a few days later it is cancelled. In addition, I would agree that contacting customer service is usually unrewarding as they are often rude and unable to help.
