I gave Bangood a try for five orders. There were two which I never received and they FINALLY processed a refund after a lot of back and forth. Of the other three, (drone, alarm, light), they were faulty products and did not work at all. I decided to pull the light apart. There is nothing inside! Too bad I didn't save the other two items before tossing them in the trash. And it's not like they were cheap either. I paid $20 for the light alone. Do not order from these scammers! Big waste of money!

First of all, their publication interface is terrible. There is no information. I saw in two different locations differing publication sizes/cover sizes to result in a 5x8 book. Then, it would only let me select hardcover and not softcover. I had to bin my project and start over. Then, for some reason, it wanted to charge me $28 for my book. I had to bin it again. Then, there is no way to put the assigned ISBN inside your copyright page, which should be a fairly standard feature. Next, I had issues with checking out twice with Paypal. The orders are stuck, and don't show on the Blurb site. I contacted customer service over 36 hours ago and no response. I guess they don't care about a measley $200 order. Next time, I'm trying Lulu, Cafepress, or Createspace. What a big waste of time! I'm also checking to ensure that the Paypal orders will be cancelled. This is an extremely difficult site to figure out how to use. There is no guidance along the way, and no customer service.

I already have a paid Wix site, so set up a few more. I was wondering why I was no longer getting any business through my site. It turns out they changed my URL from wix.com to wixsite.com. Needless to say, no one could find me, my old URL no longer worked, and the money I spend on business cards has been wasted. I guess I'm moving to their competitor. Goodbye Wix, you are dishonest, deceitful and you have ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

Tip for consumers:
Go somewhere else! These guys are scammers!

The former address, of username.wix.com/sitename, redirects automatically to the new address - username.wixsite.com/sitename, and the SEO reputation of the former address is retained in the new one.
