The Brockwells are amazing! I had the best experience working with them. It had been over 10 years since I purchased a home so I of course had no clue what I was doing and they held my hand through the entire process. Even the lending process. They have many years experience in lending as well as real-estate. I had a very unpleasant experience with the lender and the deal was so far along that I could not change lenders. I would have given up if it had not been for my very supportive realtors. Im so glad I didnt because I got an amazing deal because of their negotiating skills. We all know its hard to negotiate in todays sellers market. I absolutely love the house and Im so glad we made it through the process. Thank you, Barbara and Brock, my girls, fiancé and dogs also love their new house!
