I received a damaged chest of drawers, 10 days later than originally planned. The delivery company Arrow were awful as didn't deliver to room as paid for despite me contacting them in advance. Customer 'service' terrible. Spent over an hour on the phone. Asked to send proof of damage. Done. Asked to rewrap item and send photo proof. Done. Radio silence for 11 days despite me following up with emails to see what's happening. Shame as piece of furniture would have been just right if not damaged!
