I placed an order on January 14. I have yet to receive anything. At this point is still processing. When you try to call no one answers. They have no problem processing the payment. That goes on your charge right away. Never had this much trouble with any other company. This is my first time buying and I will never buy again.

Please be advised that after an order is placed it's first processed in the warehouse before being shipped and this phase normally takes 1-2 business days.
