Very dubious 'company'. Would not pay the refund for cancelled flights although the airliner refunded them. Phone line not active and no one responds to e-mails. There is no live chat service either. In effect, BudgetAir.com stole my money and disappeared!

Avoid using Budget Air at all costs. They are crooks!
Very dodgy refund policy. My flight was cancelled and the airliner refunded Lastminute.com. Nevertheless, Lastminute.com would not provide a full refund and tried to keep to itself more than £105 (out of £600) of what I paid for a service that they did not provide! Alternative refund option is ‘travel credit' but this was split into two vouchers with only one voucher can be used per-booking. Effectively, this forces you to make two future bookings with Lastminute.com! Mischievously, Lastminute.com did not inform me of the dishonest split-voucher-trick before accepting this form of refund. All complaints to customer-care fell on deaf ears. I shall never again use Lastminute.com

Never use this horrendous company. Booked a luxury long weekend for me and my youngest daughter...
