Very dodgy refund policy. My flight was cancelled and the airliner refunded Lastminute.com. Nevertheless, Lastminute.com would not provide a full refund and tried to keep to itself more than £105 (out of £600) of what I paid for a service that they did not provide! Alternative refund option is ‘travel credit' but this was split into two vouchers with only one voucher can be used per-booking. Effectively, this forces you to make two future bookings with Lastminute.com! Mischievously, Lastminute.com did not inform me of the dishonest split-voucher-trick before accepting this form of refund. All complaints to customer-care fell on deaf ears. I shall never again use Lastminute.com
