My fiancé purchased a ring for me that I was in love with off of this website. When he proposed with it I thought it was absolutely beautiful. After 6 days of wearing the ring, one of the stones had already fallen out of the ring. I was heartbroken and both my fiancé and I sent an email. I finally called customer service because the responses were not fast enough considering there was a major quality issue with a $3000 purchase. I got sent through several people and finally got ahold of the "warehouse manager" who's name was *. He was blunt, rude, and said pave diamonds commonly fall out, but as a courtesy they would fix it for free. After SIX days of wearing a ring I'm supposed to wear for the rest of my life, this man had the audacity to tell me it happens and to be careful. I had to pay to ship it back to them and as soon as I got it back, one of the prongs off my larger size stone was broken off. Completely gone. I would just like to add that I take the ring off when I shower and when I sleep, which you shouldn't have to do with a quality engagement ring. I had my ring inspected at multiple reputable jewlers just to be told that the "certification" for the quality of stones used was completely fake. We ordered a moissanite center stone, which the quality grade they had listed wasn't even an accurate grading scale for that stone, and the side stones were (supposed to be) diamonds. Three different jewelers told me the side stones were most likely cubic zirconia and that it was hard to tell what they even were but they were certainly NOT diamonds. The band of the ring is hollow so that they can get away with using less gold in your band as well And I literally had chunks out of the metal missing after wearing it for a month. Thank god, the center stone was legitimate moissanite or the whole $3000 ring would have been trash. We are now having to pay several thousand more to have my moissanite put in a quality setting. DO NOT purchase from them. They stop responding to calls and emails and will be incredibly rude. They did a horrible job "fixing" my ring and straight up refused a refund. This is a scam company who has been called out on several forums for using sham stones and passing them off for diamonds. If you are trying to save money, please go to a reputable jeweler that you can see what you're buying and feel what you're buying because you will end up paying more in the long run. After ignoring our second complaint, they had the audacity a month later to send an email recommending we buy a wedding band through them to match it. After reminding them how horrible our experience was, they yet again, ignored the email. Trash company with trash morals. You're engagement should be a happy time, not spent crying because you got screwed out of thousands of dollars.
