“Wrong terminal”

This is most unprofessional agency i have ever delt with in my life. I
Booked a ticket for my cousin and they put the wrong terminal number so
He missed his flight, when i called clear trip they told to approach the
Airlines and made us pay more money and gave him another flight the
Next day that has a 24 hour layover and still they haven't contacted me.
Seriously baaaad baaad
