“Dress never came”

Super disappointing. I was looking forward to my dress coming all week. It never came, and it actually could've arrived on time but RTR deselected Saturday delivery, so now the dress may (or may not) come on Monday. My event is tonight (Saturday night), so it's completely useless. This is my first and last time renting from RTR.
