First off I want it to be known that I am not a person that calls places and complains. I never ever do that, but I am so sick and tired of PROM USA that I did that today. If anyone is thinking about getting dresses from there I advise you not to. Seriously has been the most frustrating/stressful thing to deal with. No one knows what they're talking about. One employee will tell you one thing and another employee will tell you another. When I called regarding my problems they basically told me there was nothing they could do. They fitted all of my girls and told them to get size four times to big. When a bridesmaid received her dress it was ripped and the zipper was broken. When I called regarding it they again told me there was nothing they could do. Seriously the most stressful part of my wedding.
