I have to echo negative reviews from other sellers. I currently have two items listed on ThredUp that are miscategorized, so they don't show up in searches, and customer support will not change the categories.
Also, those two items now show up as "unavailble." Punishment because I pushed to have items recategorized?
And yes to other complaints:
- Seller has to pay $$ to mail "prepaid" cleanout bag (they deduct it from your earnings)
- Payout low, especially after ThredUp deducts its fees
- ThredUp rejected barely used (one with tags still on) designer items
- inaccurate search engine
- VERY DIFFICULT to actually communicate with customer service. In case you can't find it on the website (because I couldn't), here it is:
