Thieves and shady business practice! I sent a giant bag of name brand clothes, and some brand new shoes, and got less than $2! They don't even return what they decide not to accept. If you read their newly added fine print, they can choose what to "accept" and sell everything else to other companies. That means they will never "accept" anything worth a lot because they can make more selling it elsewhere and they don't have to give you any credit. I would rather donate to a good cause or non-profit than give them money for nothing. They completely mislead anyone who donates. I assumed they would return what they did not accept, which apparently they used to do. I could have sold them for a lot of money elsewhere.
