I've ordered from them several times (thread) and have received my orders in a timely manner. Their thread is what I pretty much solely use now - great quality for the price. They have good sales on fabric too and I've not had a problem with anything I've sewn with it. I'll keep ordering from them.

I love the magazine. The articles give you insight into, well, food. And the recipes are always wonderful - they are for more experienced cooks. But the magazine is a tad expensive for what you get.

They don't give out good missions to be able to get any freebies. The last survey I took glitched so I contacted their support. It took 2 days for a response and they wouldn't reset the survey for me to be able to take it to allow me to be eligible for the mission. You do get a lot of emails asking you to take surveys to be eligible but, when you take the surveys, you're always told you aren't a good fit.

So, don't go into this site expecting a lot. It isn't worth it for a freebie site.

Ordered size extra large - tag said XL but was actually a medium. White fluffy lining was leaking out of the pockets and sewn into the seams. Several long threads were visible at the seams. Low quality item. Getting a refund took forever - seller wanted me to return the coat even though their policy said no return was necessary if dissatisfied. Eventually received full refund without having to return the junky coat even though I had to fight to get it. I would not order from this company again.
