I've never left a terrible review ever in my life, but in the case of this company I'm left with no choice. Word to the wise- stay away from them! They're just not worth your time, nor your money. They're running a sham!
I'm still awaiting the resolution of a sub-standard piece of work that has been outstanding for over 3 weeks. More than 80% of the work is unfit for purpose. Despite providing them with enough proof to prove the solution provided was incorrectly derived, they're relentless in upholding the work. I even offered to go through the answers over the phone so there is no room for misinterpretation, but they wont do that either. These sort of bait-and-switch way of making business MUST stop. If I have to drag them to the consumer court I won't hesitate.
