This company gets ZERO stars, and if there was a negative rating I would give it to them.
To Explain: When one buys toner, especially for a small business or home office, one always expects to have a toner in reserve so that when it runs out you can do an immediate replacement and continue working.
I bought just such a toner from BestTonerShop.com. However, when I opened it, it was defective. The toner must have been dried out cause it just didnt print. I shook it up and it began to print faintly.
After about an hour of fooling around, I called and respectfully asked for a replacement, remeber this was original HP toner, all they had to do was do an exchange and return it to HP for a refund. I certainly understand when producing so many millions of toners, some will not be up to par.
They flatly refused, were nasty, and hid behind there 30-day return policy which is totally unreasonable for toners.
I highly recommend that people not buy from them unless they are willing to gamble. I unknowingly did and it cost me $139. Dont let it happen to you.
