If you want to return, you'll be stuck in an online version of a phone tree loop. IMPOSSIBLE to get to them. Buyer guarantee is just a marketing ploy. Product was complete garbage.

Since you are not satisfied with the item you received, please open an after-sale. Please make sure to use a computer for you to upload the evidences and submit the dispute successfully.
1) Log-in to your DHgate account. Click "My DHgate" on the upper right corner.
2) Click "Completed.
3) Find the order number.
4) Click "Open an After Sale Dispute".
