I ordered a watch from Helgray.com as a present for my brother, for his 50th birthday. I am glad I checked the watched before I wrapped it in a gift paper. The minute hand had come off. Not sure if these guys do any quality checks before they send out their goods. I then sent an email for a replacement and have sent many more emails after that, but never got an answer. Very disappointed with this incredibly poor customer service. My brother's birthday was five months ago, I still have that worthless watch while Helgray has my hard earned cash. I read a few more reviews on the internet and should have done that before purchasing. Helgray's customer service is notoriously bad. Don't trust these guys and don't buy from them is my advise!
