Was ready to redeem my measly $20 after over a year of submitting receipts. In order to redeem, you're required to submit all this proof that it's really you and then you $20 somehow just disappears from your account! Ridiculous! Never again will I deal with this site. Fetch is much easier to navigate & submit receipts and points are automatically given- wonderful, esp after struggling with Ibotta for nothing!
