On July 20,2020, I hired Small Claims Services USA LLC *******390 - 113 West G Street, Suite 424, San Diego, CA *******. The person in charge of servicing my documents was Tony. He promised that it would take around 10 to 15 days to complete the process. After 15 days have passed, I contacted Tony asking for the status of my paper filing. Tony stated that it would be ready within a couple days. I Called many other times until August 19,2020 when I told Tony that he was not complying with his promised of filing within 10 to 15 days. Tony was extremely angry and told me that he will refer me to his attorneys because I called him a lier and that he has recorded the conversation. I asked him for copy of the recording to prove to him that I did not called him a lier but that he is not in compliance with his filing promised. Tony instead told me that a refund will be issued. He did not do so. I called my credit card and requested refund for the payment made.
After that, I contacted JPL Process Service LLC. They graciously filed my documents within 3 days and did not charge any fee until the papers were filed.
My recommendation to anyone who needs to file court documents is not to use Tony's company if you do not want to go to a very hard time dealing with this individual. Instead, use JPL Process Service LLC. They really provide quality professional service.
