DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. The item was beige not white & the item was substandard quality. It was mailed in an envelope with the name "Jane" with an incomplete N.J. Address. No U.S. address to make a return. Many many emails to customer service were useless. I wanted to return it for a full refund as I was adhering to the return policy including actually measuring the garment, and sending them pictures of any tags on it, & the plastic bag it arrived in! They delay and delay any way possible so you will give up and let them have your money. They refused to refund me & told me to put it towards another order, NO! They jerked me around so long I finally wrote it off which it what they want, to keep our money. The cheap clothes are from China there is no place in the U.S. to return items. Light in the Box is a sham Chinese business with shoddy merchandise. There is not enough room here to detail all the communication between myself and Light in the Box. Save your money time and sanity, don't buy from them.
