DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. The item was beige not white & the item was substandard quality. It was mailed in an envelope with the name "Jane" with an incomplete N.J. Address. No U.S. address to make a return. Many many emails to customer service were useless. I wanted to return it for a full refund as I was adhering to the return policy including actually measuring the garment, and sending them pictures of any tags on it, & the plastic bag it arrived in! They delay and delay any way possible so you will give up and let them have your money. They refused to refund me & told me to put it towards another order, NO! They jerked me around so long I finally wrote it off which it what they want, to keep our money. The cheap clothes are from China there is no place in the U.S. to return items. Light in the Box is a sham Chinese business with shoddy merchandise. There is not enough room here to detail all the communication between myself and Light in the Box. Save your money time and sanity, don't buy from them.

I give this site two stars for ease of use. However, the site repeatedly sent picks of people I had had already declined. It sent picks for people way outside the distance parameter I had set. The site says it approves if a profile photo is accurate, yet so many profile photos were blurred enough to not provide a clear image, or the photo would be of a partial face. The site continuallThe final straw was Zoosk sent a 'smart pick' who wanted to meet me and there was only one profile photo. The profile photo was of the character Columbo from the TV show! Sorry, Zoosk is a hoax. I do sincerely wish people luck with the site. I'd rather be living life than dealing with this silliness. I terminated my subscription today.
