I placed my order on May 29. I received an email 06/09 that my order was delivered. I checked my mail... NO package. Going back through emails there was another email I missed as well for about week prior saying another item was deliveref which I haven't received either. My items were apparently shipped on 3 shipments. My last package was to be delivered on 6/10 so I waited this day for my mailman to show up So i could see what was going on. Hurray my package is delivered. But only TWO items were included. Out of the 11 items order I get two and of those two they have SECURITY TAGS on them?! Are you kidding? I reached out to customer service yesterday which I was happy with because they were going to reship the missing items until I got an email today saying they cancelled my order. Apparently they refuse to reship or refund any missing items or money because I had a missing item last year. I have been shopping in store and online for years and have only had ONE issue ever. This would be my second complaint ever and I'm being treated like a problem child. I spent alot of money on this order to have a few items shipped that I can't even wear because some Dumbo left the security tags on them. Customer service has been no help referring me to online research team. Only communication through email. This is insane! One refund EVER ever in the past due to shipping and I'm being denied a reshipment or refund over something out of my control
