Terrible customer service! I ordered a leather sofa and love seat last April 1st. The sofa arrived at the end of September without the love seat. Both pieces were billed to my credit card in August. The loveseat finally arrived today. My calls to customer service were handled as though I was bothering them. The pieces are lovely, the delivery service was excellent but I would do business with this company again.
Tip for consumers:
That it would be months longer than I was told to arrive.
