Purchased faucet, professionally installed. Leaked, flooded laundry room in brand new home, ruining new Schuyler cabinet. After many conversations Anuzzi would not take thedefective item back; no refund, credit or even exchange. Plumber stated where defect occurred with faucet and this company kept insisting an "installation" issue without even examining the defective faucet. They wouldn't take it back because they had no intentions of honoring their warranty! Informed me with warranty "I should have taken pictures when flood was occurring", although pictures are not mandated in supposed Lifetime" warranty! They do not stand by their products! We are out the purchase price as well as monies for repairs.
