Have the same complaint. What can we do? Our money is tied up somewhere, we have no program, We have a saved file on our desk top that can't open. You get the same email over and over agian from the "Customer Service" Department. Please downlad as per instructions. Okay did that 5 times, no download. What the hell? Anyone know how to get your money back? We have sent a request for a refund. Keep you posted!
I am so pissed at this point. We purchase Window office 7. The program will not download.as per the instructions. We have tried numerous times to contact the company via email (because there is no contact telephone number), They have sent the same email now three times. "please download as pwe instructions" that is all they have responded. We have asked more time than we can count to have someone call us directly to resolve this issue and not one person has called. We would like our money back at this point but seem at a loss for how to go about doing that. Mr./Mrs. Bai is the name always attached to the email that seems genterated rather than written by someone personally. Where the hell is this company. Should we always blame ourselves when companies or 'fake" companies operate without integrity. How the heck is it the consumers fault. What has happend to good, honest, business? Do not buy a program from this company!
