“Never Received Order”

As far as I can tell, this company is a total scam. Made an order 67 days ago. I have written the company every 20 days, and one time only did I receive a response if "Because if coronavirus, orders will take longer than usual." Okay. Fine. Still no update, refund, or package. Do not do business with them, because they certainly won't do business with you.
