I ordered my contacts 7 days ago and didn't received the. I emailed support and they said my contacts were back ordered and it would be another 5 to 7 days.
I started a chat session and explained my email. The agent said that they would overnight them to me. So... I hope to received them, but wondering what the disconnect is between email support and chat support.
