On 10/06/20 Senior Helpers worker, Brock, showed up without mask on. Told seniors he forgot it. Seniors had to give Brock a disposable mask. Contacted Senior Helpers caseworker Elena. Elena stated worker removed mask due to "physical exertion." Complete lies. Brock did not bring a mask to scheduled visit. Contacted owner Norm H. Norm couldn't care less. All Norm wants is your money. Norm could not provide this writer with Elder Abuse Hotline phone number when asked. Hopefully my parents don't have Covid-19 now. DO NOT USE this company!
