Ordered item on 17th Dec for a family member stuck in hotel for christmas, didn't make christmas. Tracking stopped on 21st, 3 wks later guest is gone. 2 calls to CS w\ diff stories, told call back, made me call fedex/usps. Embarresed and no item. Never again.

Hello Matt, thank you for your response. I am very sorry that you haven't received your package. Upon review of your order, the package is being shipped to Hawaii. Shipments to Hawaii can take up to 7 to 14 business days to be delivered. From my understanding of the matter, the intended recipient is no longer at this location.
