I purchased 2 necklaces for my daughter's around Valentines day. I was hoping that my order would arrive some where close to Valentines Day. When I contacted customer service they told me it would take 10 to 30 days. It has now been over 35 days and still no necklaces. I would not order from this company if you expect to recieve your order in a timely manner. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't due to it being shipped and then shipped them two days later.
