I ordered an etabli, no order confirmation was given, but money taken from my account, tried to call, text, email ecolobois.fr, no reply to any correspondence. I resolved the problem and obtained full refund by reporting this to the Gendarmerie in Goumois 25470 (local Gendarmerie to ecolobois.fr) who were very helpful. Please do not buy from ecolobois.fr, as far as I can tell it has no products to offer.

J'ai résolu le problème et obtenu un remboursement intégral en le signalant à la gendarmerie de Goumois 25470 (gendarmerie locale à ecolobois.fr) qui ont été très utiles. Merci de ne pas acheter sur ecolobois.fr, autant que je sache, il n'a pas de produits à offrir.
