“Can't seem to deliver but can take my money”

It amazes me how quickly they can take money from my bank account. Then take however long they want to process an order. Yet when I call to ask for a refund for an item they can't seem to deliver I am told that according to terms and conditions that I agreed to (that little box you MUST check) I must wait another month or so before I can apply for a refund.
