I bought a lawn mower from them, it was a Hyndai which wasn't cheap to say the least. Anyway after 2 weeks the handle broke. So I phoned them and after several email and phone calls (2 Weeks) in which I had to chase them. They finally came to collect it. Now I still haven't received my money back from them (apparently 7 days to receive the refund). Weird as it didn't take that long to come out of my bank. But to say it was poor service, bring on Brexit when they are going to have to compete. Other providers Mowe Direct where much better in service. They were proactive, where SGS well lets just say desperate in Customer Service and I will never buy anything of them. Also to note even though I bought the Lawn Mower of them, they were awaiting Hyundai reaction to dealing with it. Please explain that my contract is with SGS not Hyundai.
