I placed a simple order for in-stock materials on the 10-6-21. On 10-11 I asked when & how it would ship. I got a canned reply that it takes 3-5 business days and flat rate. The said they'd reach out to the manf. Why do you have to reach out to anyone? It's in-stock... On 10-15 I ask for an update. I get a reply that says the manf hasn't shipped anything and it'll be another week before they get an update on what will ship to them. What kind of ancient business model is that. Manf. Ships to the seller, who ships (in 3-5 business days) to the customer. OMG get in the 20th century at least. Go somewhere else. I did.
Tip for consumers:
Look elsewhere. This is simply a box peddler that acts as a sales agent. That's all.

These guys told me they were sending the cameras. Sent them and they came in white but in black...
