Purchased a precision measuring tool and it was shipped in a box 10 times too big with nothing put in to absorb the shocks. It bounced around the box the whole time during shipping. Not impressed with the lack of care at the warehouse. Have so had issues before and the customer service (or lack there of) was the worst i have ever experienced.
