Ordered and paid but had not received items or a tracking number after 2 weeks, so I emailed and called Home BS(T). Their phone number goes directly to voicemail. I left a message. No response by either email or phone after 5 days, so I initiated a claim with PayPal. They were able to force Home BS(T) to issue a full refund, three weeks after my order. No communication at all from Home BS(T) other than an automated email telling me about the refund (PayPal had already notified me the day before).
