Delivery from an European Warehouse didn't go in days as promised but was delayed by weeks. I had to complain many times for the delivery finally to be proceed.
Then 8 months after delivery, the product (robot vacuum cleaner Roborock S55 Xiaomi) stopped working, due to quality issues. The seller on Aliexpress (Chinese Intelligence Store / Store-ID 412759) is willing to send me a spare part (without proper check of the problem), which I would have to install myself. They even request me to pay the shipping costs for the spar parts. European Laws guaranty products again defects for 2 years. There is no way to negotiate with the seller, he refuses to apply proper guaranty.
Aliexpress has no customer service to escalate the issue.
