After paying my insurance premiums for 18 years, I submitted my first claim on April 10th, 2020 for wind damage to my siding.
Two months later I was granted $1,151.54. Allstate never sent anyone to my house to estimate the damages. Based on photos that I provided for them, I was told to change the back side of my house with a siding that was only 70% match and use the material from the back side to fix the right side of my house. And do all this with only $1,151.
I created a website (allstatesucks.org) to vent out my frustration and help others make wise decisions by reading all submitted reviews on my site.
