I've been buying from Ultrasabers for a while now, but a little bit ago I ordered a saber a d was very unsatusfied with the saber. It was still a high quality saber, but the saber was much larger than I had intended and decided to return it. A wrote an email and followed all of the return protocall. A few months later and they hadn't responded to my email, so I wrote a few norectimes and they never got back to me on my return and I now have a saber that I will not use because I don't want to damage it. I have loved all of their services until this issue.
