Your company told me I'd get an email stating our phone conversation (last week) saying you would cancel (again) the membership. I have received NO email AND you debited my bank account today, and I am tired of reading how you do this to everyone - let alone me.
I demand a refund of the money you took from my account yesterday, then CANCEL my membership once and for all.
