Worst pizza. Worst attitude toward and treatment of customers. Horrible experience. Over-priced. Arrogant, ignorant, worthless owner. This guy, and I use the term at risk of offending every other male on the planet, inherited this business. You can tell upon meeting him that he has never worked a day in his life. He should be ashamed of what he is doing to the business his father and grandfather worked so hard to build. He has made a mockery of this pizza place since he took over. Do NOT take the chance of eating here. He will overcharge for food and deliver it when he FEELS like it. Do NOT pay up front since you will then be a hostage when he keeps your money and holds the food until he is good and ready to provide it. He has brought a whole NEW LOW to customer service.

I purchased an item six days ago. I received the item but was never provided with an order #, a receipt or other proof of purchase, credit card receipt, etc. I have contacted them over and over but since their rep neglected to get my contact phone/email, they are refusing to provide documentation to me. The item comes with a guarantee and is covered by their liberal holiday return policy but since I have no receipt, I am at their mercy if it needs to be returned.

This is HSN's error and they are refusing to correct it. I will never purchase from them again.
